Being dark cannot affect the nail colour...use the brightest if u can..
this season colours like blood red,green,purple are in...apply them...u can even add some nail art..like painting half of ur nail in black nad the rest in red...

i think you should wear clear varnish with gold glitter bits in it then its not too much bling!
ur nails r lyk ur accessores so match it with ur earrings/necklace!
try a mixture in between gold and bronze with red hearts and silver glitter you might have to mix the nail polish yourself but you can find the red hearts at any CVS store.
