My skin is pretty light and my favorite colors to use are nude, light pink, coral, dark brown, plum, and gold. These colors really flatter lighter skin tones. For the nail polish brands check out Sally Hansen or Revlon nail polish. They both are constantly getting new shades and colors! You can buy at drugstores or Wal-Mart for cheaper! The best nail color for pale skin are cherrys or bright reds. They really stand out and don`t look out of place on your skin.
