here's what you do.
one morning for breakfast have a bowl of bran flakes.
at lunch, have a gigantic heaping bowl of really spicy chili.
when you get home, take a laxative supplement.
for dinner, make sure you have something really greasy and fried, like fries with gravy (i believe you english call them ';chips';)
later that evenning, stick each finger into your bum. the color and composition of what should be in there by now will match West Ham in every respect.
