What does the nail colour indicate in health wise?

There was this saying that i used to know where you look at your nails and you can tell what nutrient you are lacking? Or something? What does the nail colour indicate in health wise?
Mine are dark red so that wouldn't be a good sign...What does the nail colour indicate in health wise?
Condition Nail Appearance

Liver Diseases White Nails

Kidney Diseases Half of nail is pink, half is white

Heart Conditions Nail bed is red

Lung Diseases Yellowing and thickening of nail, and slowed growth rate

Anemia Pale nail beds

Diabetes Yellowish nails, with a slight blush at the base
If they are blue or white you're not getting enough oxygen.

Yellow = smoker..

That's all i got for now.
If you are getting the correct amount of vitamins and minerals, the skin under your nails should be a healthy pink and your cuticles should also look healthy.
You can't always narrow it down to a particular nutrient--but nails can indicate various health problems, for example:

Liver Diseases - White Nails

Kidney Diseases - Half of nail is pink, half is white

Heart Conditions - Nail bed is red

Lung Diseases - Yellowing and thickening of the nail, slowed growth rate

Anemia - Pale nail beds

Diabetes - Yellowish nails, with a slight blush at the base etc.
