What's a good nail POLISH COLOUR for hands that are pinkish/red along the nuckles and fingers?

I'm only 20 and my hands look like they are old. I'm newly engaged and want a nice colour of nail polish to hide my pinkish/red hands and to bring out my white gold diamond ring! white. they will take away from ur knuckles cause they are lighter.
black looks good on Most anything.
